1. Attendance and Participation- Full Participation: Students are expected to actively participate in all activities they are enrolled in to maximise their engagement and development.
- Activity Requirements:
- Students staying until 17:45 must be enrolled in 3 activities.
- Students staying until 16:50 must participate in 2 activities.
- Students staying until 15:50 should engage in 1 activity.
- No Gaps in Timetable: Students should have a full schedule without gaps between activities unless specific arrangements have been made.
2. Clubs with Additional Fees- Pre-payment Requirement: Participation in clubs that require an additional fee is only allowed after the full payment has been made in advance.
- No Refunds: Please be aware that there are no refunds for missed sessions in extra-fee clubs.
3. Attendance Policy- Absence Management: If a student misses two consecutive lessons without a valid reason, the school will contact the parents to inquire about the absence.
- Non-response Consequence: If there is no response from parents after a communication request, the school reserves the right to withdraw the student from the activity and offer the place to another student from the waiting list (if available).
4. Behaviour Policy- Behaviour Standards: The school’s behaviour policy applies to the afternoon programme, as it does during academic hours. Students are expected to follow school rules and behave respectfully during all activities.
- Warnings and Notes: After three verbal warnings or a serious incident, a behaviour note will be issued. If a student accumulates more than three behaviour notes, parents may be asked to collect their child immediately after the academic day ends for a specific period.

Mobile Phone and Device Policy- No Phone Use: While students will receive their mobile phones and devices after the academic day, they are not allowed to use them on school premises during the afternoon programme.

Pick-Up Policy- Designated Pick-Up Times: To minimise disruptions to lessons and activities, parents are asked to collect their children only during the designated pick-up interval. This helps ensure that the programme runs smoothly and without interruptions.
- Pick-Up by Other Individuals: If someone other than the parents is collecting the child, the school must be informed in advance. This is to ensure the safety and security of all students. Please note that secondary students are not allowed to pick up primary students.

Health and Safety- Health Considerations: If your child has any health or medical needs, please ensure the school is aware, so appropriate measures can be taken during the afternoon programme.
- Emergency Contact Information: Ensure that the school has up-to-date emergency contact information for your child.

Communication- Open Communication: Parents are encouraged to maintain open communication with the school regarding their child's attendance, behaviour, or any concerns related to the afternoon programme.
