Sergey Shashkov

Sergey is an accomplished Mathematics and Programming Educator with over 20 years of experience teaching in leading mathematics-focused schools in Russia. He holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov State University, Russia. His expertise lies in Olympiad training, curriculum development, and educational technology, particularly in creating interactive learning tools and automated assessment systems. At Moscow School No. 179, Sergey designed over 1,000 programming challenges, developed automated testing systems, and led a popular Olympiad Math Circle with weekly participation of over 1,000 students, successfully training multiple Olympiad finalists, including a winner. At Moscow School No. 57, he managed advanced mathematics courses, coordinated student admissions, and developed innovative Python-based problem generators and auto-checkers. Additionally, Sergey contributed significantly to UCHi.RU by creating interactive math problems for 600,000 Olympiad participants and developing advanced automated assessment tools. He speaks English and Russian.
