Tania Leyland

Tania is an experienced educator with a Master of Science (MSc) and a PGCE from the University of Gloucestershire, along with additional studies in Education Leadership (IB) from the University of Leicester.

She has 20 years of teaching experience, including 15 years in leadership roles and 14 years in IB International Schools across Africa, South East Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Tania has been a member of the IBCP - PPS Curriculum Development Team for the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) and served as an examiner for IBDP Business Management, IBCP Reflective Project, IBDP Extended Essay, Cambridge IGCSE Enterprise, and Edexcel IGCSE Business Studies (9-1). Her leadership experience includes serving as an IBDP & IBCP Coordinator, successfully guiding two schools through the IBCP candidacy and accreditation process. Additionally, she created integrated IBDP & IBCP Digital Learning Portals to support classroom, hybrid, and independent learning. Tania also managed BTEC programs as a programme manager and quality nominee. She is native in English.
