Certificate of Enrolment
In case you need a certificate of enrolment of your child(ren), which is usually required in the migration office, please fill out this form.
Long Absence
If your child will be absent from school, please follow the relevant procedures below:
1. Absence for 1-5 Days
Submit a note via ManageBac by using the “Submit Excusal” section.
2. Absence for a Longer Period (Due to Illness)
Submit a note on ManageBac and provide a doctor’s note, which should be given to the teacher or school nurse.
3. Long-Term Absence (e.g., travel abroad, hospitalisation, competitions, etc.)
Please complete this form. The Head of School will review your request.
