How to Show Your Interest
To proceed with organizing this vital event, we need to secure a minimum of 30 confirmed participants.
Please use the Google form to indicate interest to formally indicate your interest in donating blood:

Your response is essential for us to coordinate effectively with the medical team and finalize all necessary logistics, as we need to book the date two months in advance.

- Under 17 or over 65 (unless special permission is granted).
- Acute illness (fever, sore throat, or any active infection).
- Recent surgery, dental extraction, or other major medical procedures.
- Recent travel to high-risk tropical infection countries.
- Taking medications that prevent or delay donation.
- Chronic medical conditions that contraindicate donation (e.g., severe heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension).
- Tattoos or piercings within the last four months.
- History of blood disorders, Hepatitis B or C, HIV, or other infectious diseases.
- Currently pregnant, experiencing significant menstrual symptoms, or breastfeeding.
- Recently received any vaccinations.
