Week-At-Glance

Waldorf St. Martin’s Festival

Pre-Primary Primary Secondary
Our Waldorf school gathered to celebrate St. Martin’s Festival, a time to remember the light within and the importance of sharing it with others.

In the legends, St. Martin is a knight who conquers darkness and the dragon of pride, a symbol of courage, kindness, and the light that lives in every human heart.

Students and their parents created lanterns, wooden gnomes, and colorful window transparencies, while songs about light and goodness filled the classrooms. Later, everyone shared a warm bowl of soup, a simple Waldorf tradition of gratitude, warmth, and community.

As night fell, students and families walked together with their glowing lanterns, carrying light into the darkness and into one another’s hearts. 🌟
