Tagir holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Moscow and pursued a Master of Science in History at the same institution.
Tagir worked at European Gymnasium, Russia, as an MYP History Teacher, DP History Teacher, and DP Coordinator. Tagir participated in various IB Global Conferences and Workshops across the world. He also served as an IB Junior Examiner for History Paper 3 and Internal Assessments.
Before joining European Gymnasium, he worked at the State Historical Museum in Moscow, Russia as an Exhibition Guide, where he designed and conducted tours, and interned at the Russian State Archive of Ancient Acts, where he processed historical documents.
Tagir is fluent in Russian and English, and he has experience teaching history in both languages, supporting students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
