We are delighted to share the Forest Programme timetable and classes rotation for 2025-2026. If your child is unable to attend a session, please inform their homeroom/class teacher so that alternative arrangements can be made.

Trip Consent Form
Please ensure that the trip consent form (Participation of Students in Excursions & Activities Outside School Grounds) is signed in your OpenApply account. Without the signed consent, we will not be able to include your child in the trip.
Clothing and Equipment
➜ Closed-toe shoes are essential.
➜ Waterproof hiking boots or wellington boots should be worn in wet weather.
➜ A coat should be brought if the weather is cold or rainy.
➜ Trousers must be worn (shorts are not suitable due to brambles and undergrowth).
➜ A filled water bottle must be brought each morning. Refilling will be available on site if needed.

Arrival and Attendance
Children must arrive at school on time by 8:20 am. The minibus will depart promptly at 8:40 am and will not wait for late arrivals. Children will be back on school site by 11:00 am. The lessons will run as usual.
If your child is late, does not have the correct clothing, or is not attending the Forest Sessions, they are still expected to attend school and will join a peer class for the morning. Attendance will be recorded by the peer teacher.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming the students to the forest and supporting them as they learn and grow through hands-on experiences, exploration and a deeper engagement with nature.
