Frederick University’s Training Center and RILL Research Team offer a free program for teachers, school leaders, and education professionals to strengthen leadership skills in collaboration, decision-making, conflict management, inclusion, and sustainability.
The program includes 10 online webinars on the following dates: 11 Dec 2025, 15 Jan 2026, 29 Jan 2026, 11 Feb 2026, 25 Feb 2026, 11 Mar 2026, 26 Mar 2026, 22 Apr 2026, 6 May 2026, 20 May 2026. Participants receive a 50-hour Certificate of Completion.
