As we begin the upcoming work permit renewal cycle, we need everyone to proactively align and avoid last-minute bottlenecks.
What you need to do now:
Check your passport validity – Your passport must have at least 2 years’ validity at the time of submission.
This requirement applies to both employees and all dependents included in your application.
If your passport does not meet this requirement, initiate renewal immediately—this is a critical dependency and may delay your permit process.
What’s coming next:
The Employee Success team will begin scheduling 1:1 meetings with you to prepare and review your documentation ahead of submission.
Your responsibility:
Start gathering all required original documents in advance (e.g., passports, certificates, any pending renewals, etc.).
Ensure documents are valid, complete, and ready when your meeting is scheduled.
We are moving this process forward with a structured and time-sensitive approach—early preparation will ensure a smooth and compliant renewal for everyone.
If you have any immediate concerns regarding your passport or documentation, please flag them early.
