Performance Background

Konstantin is a dedicated Music Teacher, as well as an accomplished Music Composer and Sound Designer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Technology and a Master’s degree in Digital Media and Communications from the University of Nicosia.

Since the founding of Island School, Konstantin has been a committed member of the team, bringing creativity, ambition, and a student-centred approach to every aspect of his work. He has also served as a Pastoral Care Lead and continues to support students in his current roles as Service as Action Coordinator and Wellbeing Mentor.

Prior to his work at Island School, Konstantin worked as a Sound Director in the theatre, where he was responsible for music selection, sound editing, recording, and live mixing. He worked in a recording studio at UNIC and has experience working as a composer, creating original music for content creators, video games and most recently a theatrical play Mousetrap showcased in Pattihio.

His musical journey began as a saxophonist in a Mesa Geitonia philharmonic orchestra, performing in major concerts and international festivals.

Fluent in both Russian and English, Konstantin is known for his adaptability, technical expertise, and passion for enhancing musical experiences across media platforms.
