Dear All,

This is a friendly reminder that Additional Teaching Hours must be coordinated and validated through your respective Manager before submission to HR.

Employees are kindly requested to keep their own record of additional hours worked and ensure these are aligned with their Manager.

Managers will submit the confirmed hours to HR for payroll processing.

Please note that the payroll period for this month is:

21 February 2026 – 22 March 2026
