We are thrilled to officially welcome Annie Gale to the team as our new Employee Success Director.
Annie joins us with over 15 years of HR leadership experience specifically within the international education sector. Most recently, she served as the HR Director at RMIT Vietnam, where she led a team of 1,100 staff and achieved remarkable results—including reducing turnover from 24% to 13% and earning the "Best Company to Work For" award.
Her extensive background spans every level of education, from K-12 international schools with Nord Anglia to global organizations like the International Baccalaureate. This deep experience in school environments has made her an expert in building positive workplace cultures and supporting staff in complex, multi-national settings.
We are incredibly happy to have her "calm and pragmatic approach" on our side as she helps us foster an environment where everyone can thrive. Please join us in giving Annie a very warm welcome!

Montessori Pre-Primary Teacher
Today is a bittersweet day as we say "goodbye for now" to Claudia Prentice, our Montessori Pre-Primary Teacher.
Claudia has been a cornerstone of our community, having been with us since the very beginning of our Montessori program's establishment. Her expertise as a Lead Montessori Practitioner and her dedication to the Montessori philosophy were instrumental in building the program we are so proud of today.
While she embarks on her next "current adventures," we are hopeful this is not a permanent departure. We are currently exploring opportunities to have her back with us in September once she concludes this chapter.
Please join us in thanking Claudia for her years of dedication and for helping us lay the very first bricks of our Montessori foundation. We wish her the best of luck to all her future endeavours!
