In Cyprus, Smoky Thursday is less about a formal event and more about a shared experience — the smell of grilled meat, cooking together, talking, and enjoying traditional favourites such as souvla, souvlaki, sausages, and sheftalia.
Parents and teachers will be grilling meat, preparing salads, and sharing the meal together with our students. The school will also be preparing a performance programme for everyone to enjoy.
