Parent/Teacher conferences on 18 February (No-School-Day): Booking Will Open on 9 February

Dear Parents & Guardians,

We invite you to attend our parent/teacher conferences (parent-teacher meetings) on 18 February. This is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into your child’s academic progress and discuss any questions directly with their teachers.

General Details

  • No lessons on that day, thus no bus service, and no afterschool clubs.
  • Time: from 8:20 to 16:00
  • Format: online (8:20-12:20) & face-to-face (13:00-16:00)*

Booking Deadline

The booking will be available on SchoolsBuddy on 9 February and will close on 17 February at 12:00. In case of late booking, please contact your teachers directly.

Secondary School

IB Secondary: online & face-to-face, 10-minute slots (parents + students)
Waldorf Secondary: online & face-to-face (depending on teacher), 20-minute slots (parents + students)
TLF Students: will join meetings online from the boarding house (parents + students)

Primary School

IB Primary: online & face-to-face, 20-minute slots (parents + students)
Waldorf Primary: face-to-face, 20-minute slots (parents + students)
Montessori Primary: online & face-to-face, 20-minute slots (parents + students)

Pre-Primary School

IB Pre-Primary: online & face-to-face, 15-minute slots (parents only)
Waldorf Pre-Primary: face-to-face, 20-minute slots (parents only)*
Montessori Pre-Primary: online & face-to-face, 15-minute slots (parents only)

*Note for Waldorf PP5B: Due to Ms Marguerita's departure, meetings will be held online only.
