It recently came to our attention that some employees may prefer to keep their birthday private and not have it appear in BambooHR birthday notifications or summary emails.
If you would like to keep your birthday private, you can update this setting directly in your BambooHR account. Please find here a short guide with the steps to adjust your preferences.
Please note that when this setting is turned off, your birthday will remain visible in your personal employee profile for record purposes, but it will no longer appear in calendars, the Celebrations widget, birthday notifications, or summary emails.
