Parent/Teacher conferences on 17 October (No-School-Day)

Dear Parents & Guardians,

We invite you to attend our parent/teacher conferences (parent-teacher meetings) on 17 October. This is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into your child’s academic progress and discuss any questions directly with their teachers.

General Details

  • No lessons on that day, thus no bus service, and no afterschool clubs.
  • Time: from 8:15 to 12:15 (online), from 13:00 to 16:00 (at school)*
  • Format: online & face-to-face*

*Waldorf Pre-Primary & Primary Programme will hold only face-to-face meetings.

Booking

The booking will open next Friday, 3 October, on SchoolsBuddy and close on 16 October at 12:00.

Secondary School

IB Secondary: online & face-to-face, 10-minute slots. Student's presence required (parents + children).

Waldorf Secondary: face-to-face, 20-minute slots. Student's presence required (parents + children).

TLF Students: will join meetings online from the boarding house.

Primary School

IB Primary: online & face-to-face, 15-minute slots. Student's presence required (parents + children).

Waldorf Primary: face-to-face, 20-minute slots.
Classes 1-4: parents only.
Classes 5-6: parents + children.

Montessori Primary: online & face-to-face, 20-minute slots, parents only.

Pre-Primary School

IB Pre-Primary: online & face-to-face, 15-minute slots, parents only.

Waldorf Pre-Primary: face-to-face, 20-minute slots, parents only.

Montessori Pre-Primary: online & face-to-face, 15-minute slots, parents only.
