As part of our current Unit of Inquiry, “Who We Are,” the local police force will be visiting our school on Thursday, 6 November, at 10:00 AM.
The children are currently exploring the different roles of people who help and support our community. During the visit, the police officers will speak to the children about their important work in keeping our community safe and will also show some of their equipment, police cars, and motorbikes.
This hands-on experience will give our students a wonderful opportunity to learn more about how people contribute to our well-being and safety every day.
We are very excited to welcome our local heroes to school!
