He has served as Head of Department for Computer Science in multiple schools and worked closely with the UAE Ministry of Education on curriculum development, digital learning, and national training initiatives.
Throughout his career, Sourabh delivered outstanding academic outcomes, including record-breaking Class XII results and national awards in robotics and cyber competitions. He has successfully coached student teams for global events such as the World Robotics Olympiad and the Future Problem Solving Program International (FPSPI).
